SPORTS THERAPIST
With over a decade of experience in sports therapy, I’ve worked with athletes, teams, and everyday individuals, delivering expert injury assessment, hands-on treatment, and structured, results-driven rehabilitation.
Alongside this, I worked closely with a rugby team, managing injuries from initial assessment through to successful return-to-play, and designing effective, individualised rehab programmes.
This breadth of experience has given me a deep understanding of both performance demands and real-life movement challenges, allowing me to support a wide range of clients safely and effectively.
I retired from hands-on therapy in January 2026.

ATHLETE & JUDGE
I’ve always enjoyed a challenge and the process that comes with it, regularly competing at both local and national level.
Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to achieve a few podium finishes, but for me, it’s never just been about the outcome—it’s about the journey, the lessons, and the growth.
Training doesn’t have to feel like punishment. It can be something you genuinely enjoy—a way to discover just how much you, your resilience, and your body are capable of, at any stage of life, including as a master athlete.
I’m also a qualified judge with experience at national CrossFit and Functional Fitness competitions, with a strong understanding of movement standards, rule interpretation, and creating a fair, supportive environment for all athletes.

I’m dedicated to building strength, resilience, and confidence through functional fitness and weightlifting.
My expertise lies in tailoring training to the individual—whether you’re a complete beginner, returning from injury, or looking to push your performance further.
I work with you from your starting point, whatever that may be, adapting every aspect of your training to suit your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.
I have a strong understanding of training women, including the impact of hormonal changes on performance, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
I believe everyone can benefit from purposeful movement, and I’m committed to providing clear, personalised guidance to help you progress safely and effectively.
